Originally from Bristol, England, Simon Wilkins brings over 25 years of specialized recruitment experience to the RevSearch team.
Simon's recruitment career began in the early days of IT/Telecoms cold calling, the kind of work that demanded resilience and a meticulous approach. After over a decade in Executive Search, he developed a keen eye for the complexity required in high-level roles, an expertise that directly prepared him for the nuances of RevOps leadership.
Since joining RevSearch five years ago, Simon has been the engine of our targeted talent strategy. He specializes in the candidate side, leveraging his deep experience to identify core capabilities, prioritize qualitative fit, and source leadership that truly transforms organizations.
